Has it ever occurred to you that people are looking for your business on the Internet, and not finding you there?

If you’re spending more ad dollars on yellow books than on promoting your business on the Internet, you’re missing the boat.

Because - let’s face it - yellow page books are dead. One source says that 83% of them end up in the trash within a week of delivery . Google is the new yellow pages. If you’ve ever spent money advertising in yellow page books, then a good deal of your business comes from within your local area code…. and this site is for you.

This site is for business owners who 1) have a website that 2) isn’t getting much traffic ; and 3) want to attract more prospects - to create more business .

Internet marketing - it’s not that hard

Despite what you might have heard, there’s not a lot of mystery to getting traffic to your website . If you have a good idea what to do, and you don’t mind burning the candle at both ends for a few weeks, you can get your website on the first page of Google search results for your local area.

So that’s what this site is all about. To give you the quickest and easiest road map to a page 1 Google listing for your local business.

The techniques you’ll find here will work for businesses that serve a broader audience rather than a local crowd just as well! But… chances are, you’ll have quite a bit more competition for that first page search engine result.

At the risk of exposing my age…

I worked in the Information Technology field for 30 years - up till 2001. Then I got interested in real estate investing; later in real estate sales.

When the bottom fell out of the market in late 2007, I went back to my roots in Information Technology. I put up a few affiliate marketing sites as a new source of income. Once I’d learned how to direct traffic to those sites, I decided to try some search engine marketing techniques against my real estate website.

With the techniques I’ll reveal here, I was able to quadruple the traffic to my website over a period of two months. Even more important, I created more leads from that site in one month than I’d gotten in the four years previous!

So, I started helping a few small business owners who I know, to get the same kind of results from their websites. They were happy.

Most people I talk to think there’s a lot of mystery around Internet Marketing. Well, there is… but mostly because that’s what the pay-to-learn sites want you to think.

What I found is that there’s a series of steps to creating first page Google results, that are none too difficult - IF you enjoy learning, and are at least a little bit comfortable with technology.

Here’s the best way to use this site.
